Ruth Evlyn Bennett

Ruth Evlyn Bennett passed away peacefully on August 9, 2017 at St Elizabeth hospital in Beaumont, Texas.  

Ruth was born on Sept 24, 1955 and her life was spent loving her family and friends while in the embrace of 

Glenn Bennett, her husband of over 30 years.  She was a positive light 

for incalculable people in her time with us and could always be found in the company of her children and grandchildren, 

or tinkering on any number of projects creating things for those she loved.  Her projects were her legacy that brought joy

to those who were recipients as well as joy to her in seeing the happiness they gave to others.  She is survived by 3 sisters, 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  A Celebration of Life is schedule for Aug. 13 at 2pm at Adams Funeral Home in Kirbyville, Texas.
