Llewellyn Lamont Rand

Llewellyn Lamont Rand, age 81, passed away Saturday September 9, 2017 surrounded by his loving daughter and son in law.  He was born to Linwood and Hazel Rand on October 13, 1935 in Maine.

Llewellyn was an Army National Guardsmen Veteran who spent his career as an automobile mechanic with Kinnear Motors in Jasper, TX. In his earlier years, he enjoyed playing instruments and played in a band. Saxophone was the instrument he enjoyed the most. Another past time of Llewellyn was gardening. Llewellyn will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his legacy will continue on with the next generation.

Left to honor Llewellyn's memory is his daughter, Linda J. McMillian and husband, Elton G. of Jasper, TX; grandchildren, Jenna W. Leach and husband, Craig A. of Buna, TX; great grandchildren, Hannah and Emmalie.

At the family's request, private services will be held.
