James Floyd Trotter

James Floyd Trotter, 75, of Kirbyville, Texas passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 7, 2018 in Silsbee, Texas. James was born in Grants Pass, Oregon on Saturday, June 19, 1943 to his loving parents “Pop” and Clara Trotter who have preceded him in death. James spent a large part of his life in Oregon where he met his wife of over 36 years, Glenda Trotter. James and Glenda spent many happy years hunting, fishing on the Rouge River, and tubing whenever possible. James had many skills he gained working at the Louisiana Pacific Mill until his retirement. He was a loyal husband and companion, a caring father and a good man.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Glenda Sue Trotter; his children, Cathy Ladd and husband Terrance, Jim Trotter, Angela Albright and husband Bill, and Gary Trotter; his loyal sister, Waline Fisher; and 5 amazing grandchildren.

A private family ceremony will be held at a later date in Oregon at the Rouge River James loved so much in life.
